Honeywell VF360 Latching Digital Hall Effect Sensor ICs

Author : Honeywell Published Time : 2015-12-18
Honeywell VF360 High Sensitivity Latching Digital Hall Effect Sensor ICs are small, sensitive, and versatile devices that are operated by the magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet and designed to respond to alternating North and South poles. The VF360ST is turned ON by a North pole while the VF360ST is turned ON by a South pole. The VF360 sensors do not use chopper stabilization on the Hall element and provides a clean output signal and a faster latch response time than sensor ICs that do use chopper stabilization.

Features

AEC-100 qualification allows for potential use in automotive applications1.5µs response timeOperate from 30 Gauss typical at 25°C [77°F] and 55 Gauss max. over -40°C to 150°C [-40°F to 302°F] temperature rangeLatching magneticsRepeatable magnetics (no jitter)
